PAYMENT TERMS:
Online Payment: We accept Visa and MasterCard. Card Payment is with 3D Secure, the latest security technology for credit card payments online.

TERMS OF DELIVERY IN SWEDEN:
Nordic Cooker mainly delivers via Schenker Priv-pack to their package delivery point closest to the customer (corresponding to the Post Parcel delivery services).When the package is available at the delivery point the customer is notified via avi by mail or sms.
Delivery from stock is 1-3 days after the order is placed. If the product is out of stock we will communicate the expected delivery by mail or telephone or on our website.
For all deliveries in Sweden the shipping fee is 49 SEK including VAT per item.

TERMS OF DELIVERY OUTSIDE SWEDEN:
Regarding delivery details to Denmark and Finland, please contact the orders department, orders@nordiccooker.com. For these countries, there is a shipping fee of 449 SEK including VAT for one product. 
Delivery to Norway, please contact the order department, orders@nordiccooker.com. For Norway, there is a shipping fee of 649 SEK excluding VAT for one product.
For shipments going to Norway, we provide a receipt without Swedish VAT. The receiver in Norway must pay Norwegian VAT on the importation and possible customs clearance fee.

RECEIPT:
If you do not collect the ordered goods, you get a reminder. Afet a specific time, the package is sent back to Nordic Cooker. The customer is charged for return freight plus a re-handling charge for unclaimed package. If after receipt of the product you discover errors with the delivered contents, notice shall be made within 14 days of delivery.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:
Visible damage to the package or goods shall be communicated to the delivery company immediately upon receipt. Hidden shipping damage shall be communicated to the delivery company within 7 days. We do not take responsibility for shipping damage, which is regulated by the shipping company.

WARRANTY:
The Nordic Cooker is guaranteed for one year after the date of purchase against defective workmanship or materials. If a defective Nordic Cooker is sent to the Nordic Cooker authorized service agent within this one-year period, it will be repaired or replaced and returned for no charge to the customer. The original purchase receipt is required, as well as a warranty authorization return form with return number achieved by contacting Nordic Cooker customer service. This warranty does not apply to breakage of fragile portions of the Nordic Cooker such as glass or ceramic, cases of abuse by customers, non-domestic use, incorrect use contrary to the product instructions, water infiltration of electrical portions of the product, improper cleaning or maintenance, or if any alterations or repairs have been attempted by unauthorized persons. Each Nordic Cooker is made individually, so variation in the ceramic and stainless steel finish should be expected.

OPEN PURCHASE:
If you regret your purchase, you can obtain a full refund within 14 days after you received the goods. Provided that the goods are unused, undamaged, and that the original packaging is intact, and that the product has not been registered on Nordic Cooker's website to use the recipes therein, you may unconditionally return the goods and receive appropriate credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping. For returns, please contact our customer service, customerservice@nordiccooker.com, for information on how to complete the return. Reimbursement to the same Visa or MasterCard used for the purchase is made within 30 business days.

Note that you must be 18 years or older, or have parental permission to shop at our online store.
